Once you have downloaded your copy, place it in a directory of your choice. Run the install program (*.exe), U.S. Scanner will install itself. To view U.S. Scanner after it has installed, just use your browser as if you were on the net. In the address (Netscape says "location") line at the top of your browser type the location of U.S. Scanner, as it is on your machine. For example: c:\www\us_scanner\feb\index.htm. You will need to load index.htm to get started.
